If you enroll in a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date. You may cancel any time by contacting support@tryhumans.com or through your account. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at checkout at the time of your order. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide valid, complete, and current payment information and authorize HUMANS to charge your selected payment method for your purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Once a product leaves our fulfillment center, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. To request a refund, email support@tryhumans.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of your product. We will provide instructions for return verification. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after confirmation.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANS, HIGHTOUCH SALES INC., AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HUMANS, HIGHTOUCH SALES INC., AND THEIR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICES.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING, CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION CONDUCTED IN CALIFORNIA UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.

YOU AND HUMANS AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR FIRST PURCHASE BY EMAILING SUPPORT@TRYHUMANS.COM WITH “ARBITRATION OPT-OUT” IN THE SUBJECT LINE AND INCLUDING YOUR ORDER DETAILS.

EITHER PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS IN SMALL-CLAIMS COURT FOR MATTERS WITHIN THAT COURT’S JURISDICTION.

GOVERNING LAW

THESE TERMS AND ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW PRINCIPLES. YOU AGREE THAT EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY DISPUTE NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION LIES IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

SEVERABILITY

IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

WE MAY UPDATE THESE TERMS OF SERVICE FROM TIME TO TIME. THE UPDATED VERSION WILL BE POSTED ON THIS PAGE WITH A NEW “LAST UPDATED” DATE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR WEBSITE AFTER CHANGES ARE POSTED CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.
