Once we review your request, we'll refund your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This guarantee covers your first order only and is limited to one per customer or household.

Subscriptions

The guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. You can pause or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us, so you're never charged for a shipment you don't want.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within six weeks. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
