Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive automatic repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be charged before each shipment is processed.

You may cancel or update your subscription anytime before your next renewal date through your customer account or by contacting support@tryhumans.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may update subscription pricing or terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance and take effect on your next billing cycle.

One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as one-time purchases are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once accepted. Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.
